Sonia Chakalo

Sonia joined the firm in November 2017. She brought 15 years of experience in litigation, including insurance property loss, breach of contract, personal injury, and employment law. Sonia obtained her Associate of Arts in Paralegal Studies in 2002, and prior to that, she studied chemical engineering in Europe.

Samantha Pluff

Sam joined the firm in April 2021. She graduated from the University of Washington in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Law, Societies, and Justice. She graduated from the Paralegal Studies Program at UW in August 2021. Prior to joining Wathen | Leid | Hall | Rider P.C., Sam worked as a Team Admin at a Seattle health-tech startup. When she is not keeping busy with coursework, you can find her exploring outdoor spaces in WA.

Silinda Conn

Silinda joined the firm in May 2021 - she obtained her Paralegal Certificate from Seattle Central. Prior to joining WLHR, Silinda worked as a Paralegal in both Personal Injury and Family Law. In her free time, Silinda enjoys doing Yoga.



Danin Formanski

Danin joined the firm in July 2021. She graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, hoping to begin law school in August of 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Paralegal for a family and criminal law firm in Oklahoma for six years. She enjoys anything outdoors and is obsessed with her two dogs. 


Brianna Asman

Brianna joined the firm in March 2022. She graduated from the University of Washington in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Law, Societies, and Justice. Prior to joining Wathen | Leid | Hall | Rider P.C., Brianna worked as a Political Consultant for a fundraising firm in Seattle. In her free time, Brianna enjoys running and learning to cook new dishes.


Kylynn Reid

Kylynn joined the firm in June 2023. Originally from Oregon, Ky attended Seattle Pacific University and recently graduated with a B.A. in Sociology and a Minor in Spanish Studies. In the future, Ky hopes to attend law school. You can find Ky at a UW Huskies game, trying a new coffee spot, or enjoying a good book.
